Eaten regularly in Jamaica, Ackee and Saltfish is one of the nation’s most famous breakfast dishes which is made by combining the ackee fruit with saltfish and scotch bonnet chillies to create a sweet and spicy meal. This breakfast dish is often accompanied with boiled or fried plantain, rice and breadfruit.
